 Josiah Yang, known by most as “Yang” rose to power quickly during the Morivirus. Starting as Councilman Two, he quickly became the Head Councilman of DIMC or the Domestic Internal Municipal Council. After rising to power, Yang tried to work against the virus in his own way. Creating a series of games, it seems he was trying to find the best of teenagers which he found were “immune” to the virus. In the end, he failed.

As of now, we don’t know too much about what Yang’s plan was. The government is currently looking into Yang’s files acquired by the Agitators. The work is being headed by former Agitator, Amber Newman.
