Not many of the Agitators knew where Carlos had come from. He just seemed to appear with everyone else. Jake had sent out the word that they were escaping, and Carlos had caught wind of the message. However he came to be part of the group, he was a valuable asset in the Agitators group.

If you didn’t know Carlos, then you might’ve said he had an unsettling nature. Even many who knew him said the same. The reason was Carlos only ever said three words, “I am Carlos.” Exactly in that order every time. It seemed only Joseph Connor knew him for who he truly was, insisting that Carlos was a good person. In the end, Carlos served valiantly, helping the Agitators enormously.
